Install your ticker.

Chrome / Chromium

1. Open the latest GitHub release and download coin-chrome.zip for your coin.
2. Extract the ZIP into a folder you will keep.
3. Open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, choose “Load unpacked”, and select that folder.
4. Pin the ticker using your browser’s Extensions menu.

GitHub builds need manual updates. Download the new build, replace the folder contents, then press Reload on the extensions page. Chrome Web Store installations update through Chrome.

Firefox

Our GitHub releases contain unsigned development builds named coin-firefox.zip. In Firefox, open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox, choose “Load Temporary Add-on”, and select the extracted manifest.json. The add-on is removed when Firefox closes.

Permanent installation in standard Firefox requires Mozilla signing. We no longer publish to the Firefox Add-ons store. These new builds do not automatically update older signed versions; disable the old ticker before testing one.

Reading the badge

The badge abbreviates large prices with k, m, b or t. Very small prices may appear as <.01. Hover to read the full USD price. A question mark means a current price could not be confirmed; the tooltip includes the last known quote when available.
